Sigma Lambda Xi is totally against any form of hazing, physically or mentally. All of our candidates are required to sign our anti-hazing policy before they are considered to go through our intake process.

We lead by example. Our leadership believes we must set the example so Brothers see the leaders doing the things we ask of our members. We recognize and reward accomplishments, whether it be on the job, in their church or place of worship, getting a promotion, or completing a continuing education course through annual awards, social media posts, and in our private chat groups. We hold local meetups where we do a service project together and have bonding time over a nice meal. We love team building like going to escape rooms or other recreational bonding activities.

No. We do believe education is important but our organization was created to give those individuals who may not of had the opportunity to attend college a chance to join our organization.

The unique feature of our organization is you define where the need is in your own community. We use many creative ways to give back to the community. Our members have done park cleanups, Feed My Starving Children, supported local food banks, volunteered at 5K Walks, sock and warm blanket drives for the homeless, have prayer at nursing homes, volunteered for Special Olympics, and passed out meals to first responders to name a few.
